“Before I joined the boot camp program, I was in very poor condition with a chronic neck and shoulder problem as a result of working on a computer and being sedentary for many years.
At first, I was nervous about the idea of “boot camp” because of the intensity and fitness level that would be required. But after talking to Carolyn on the phone, she reassured me that there would be a range of fitness levels from beginner to intermediate in the class and many who had not exercised in years.
I have just completed my first boot camp experience with Hillside Fitness and I am so pleased with the results. I have noticed a significant difference in my overall health and well-being, not to mention that the pain in my neck and shoulder has all but disappeared. The Hillside Fitness boot camp offered everything I was looking for in a fitness program. I particularly enjoyed the variety of different classes. It was also fun to have guest instructors with different styles and intensity levels. I appreciated the people that I met in the classes and the support and encouragement from the Hillside Fitness trainers. I have gained so much over this session, both physically and mentally!”

Thank-you so much for the fantastic Zumba and Obstacle course you put together for my son's 7th Birthday Party. It was so great to have a super-fun, super-active birthday party for 5 and 7 year-olds with such huge enthusiasm from the kids! The kids were involved and focussed right from the start of the music to the last run through the obstacle course and when I asked my son what part of the party was his favourite, he said: THE WHOLE THING!
