What is boot camp?
Boot camp is a total body workout; we incorporate all aspects of fitness into our camps. Unlike at the gym, you will never get bored at boot camp as we are constantly changing and updating our programs. All programs consist of easy to follow athletic moves, no dancy choreography. We incorporate strength and agility training, obstacle courses, walking, jogging, calisthenics, circuit training, drills, fitness kickboxing, Iflow, medicine and stability balls, yoga and pilates! Our trainers will show you modifications for exercises so that every level of fitness can participate, achieve success, and have fun!
