I have worked in the fitness industry for over 20 years.
Teaching fitness, whether to one or 100 is the most
exciting aspect of my job. Personal training,
particularly small group training, allows me to do what
I love best; getting you pumped about moving your
body. The health benefits of fitness are well
known, but when you experience first hand the
increase in energy, the feeling of strength and power,
the decrease in "aches and pains", you want to

I joined my first gym in 1994 and from the minute I walked
through that door I loved everything about it. I have been
working in the fitness industry since 2002 and believe in
living a healthy lifestyle through the basics: by eating
right and getting plenty of exercise.
In today’s society it is now more important than ever to
make exercise part of your life. Your health depends on it!
As a personal trainer, my objective is to give you the
knowledge and necessary tools to live a healthy lifestyle.
